Shipping policy

South Coast DTF ships to addresses across Australia. Please review the following before placing your order.

Production Time

Before your order ships, it needs to be printed. Our standard production time is 2 business days from the time we receive a confirmed, print-ready artwork file. Production time is separate from shipping transit time.

During peak periods, production times may be extended. We will notify you if your order is significantly delayed.

Shipping Carriers

We ship via [Australia Post / StarTrack / Sendle — confirm your carrier]. Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.

Estimated Delivery Times (after dispatch)

  • Metro areas (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth): 2–5 business days
  • Regional NSW & ACT: 3–7 business days
  • Regional / remote areas: 5–10 business days


Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. South Coast DTF is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather events, or circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your delivery address. Free shipping may apply to orders over certain amount — check the current promotion at southcoastdtf.com.au.

Order Tracking

You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is dispatched. Use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your delivery.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged, photograph the packaging and contents immediately and contact us at hello@Pryntr.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you and the carrier to resolve the issue.

If your parcel is lost in transit, contact us and we will lodge an investigation with the carrier. South Coast DTF will issue a replacement or refund for confirmed lost parcels once the carrier's investigation is complete.

Incorrect Delivery Address

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. South Coast DTF is not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Reshipping costs for returned parcels due to address errors will be charged to the customer.

Local Pickup

Local pickup is available from our Shoalhaven, NSW, Australia location by prior arrangement. Select "Local Pickup" at checkout and we will notify you when your order is ready.
